Comprehensive Justification of the Designated Stage Works

The best way to aid digestion is to give the patient over thirty different types of raw fruits, vegetables and nuts daily, which they can nibble between meals, as long as this does not exceed the daily number of calories and the maximum amount of protein, fat, carbohydrates and Sugar, that is to be kept, and, when warm enough, let them walk barefoot on uneven ground as often as possible. Caution shall be exercised when consuming foods containing oxalic acid, such as rabarber, because excess oxalic acid is dangerous for the liver and kidneys. After the physical exercises, the patients are to be occupied with a meaningful daily work according to their inclinations and abilities, which is only moderately strenuous, but strengthens the circulation, metabolism, muscles and thus also their health.

At lunchtime, the diet that began with breakfast is continued with a warm three-course meal. First, a strong broth without a filler is served, carefully salted and not too hot, otherwise there is a risk of scalding. A meat broth seasoned with fresh garden herbs is recommended. Meat such as beef, pork, game and poultry and meat preparations such as sausage may only be consumed moderately, but no more than one hundred grams per day. The required amount of protein can be covered well with lentils, peas, beans, nuts and fish. That is why it is important to use imaginative and tasty preparation of more suitable ingredients. As a side dish, potatoes are best because they contain long-chain carbohydrates that provide energy for a long time. Flour dishes, on the other hand, are less suitable because their short-chain carbohydrates are used up too quickly and stored in fat deposits in the body. In addition, care shall be taken to only add a little salt to the food so that the total amount of salt consumed each day does not exceed five grams. Instead of salt, good taste can also be achieved with fresh herbs. The best drink is a glass of tap water or a spritzer made from tap water and fruit juice. The composition of the dessert must not be detrimental to the health success of the two previous courses. That is why it is simply advisable to use fresh fruit that is not processed further. If the peel is edible, it shall not be peeled off, but left on the fruit because it contains substances that are particularly valuable for health, including minerals and fiber.
