IP-Address

This website is an electrotechnical information service where on the initiative of Michael Feldmann from an outside data processing, storaging and transmitting device (hereafter called website server) that is not positioned in the living or business premises of Michael Feldmann via the worldwide electrotechnical data transmitting and processing network internet and the involved electrotechnical data processing devices data of this website is transmitted as electrical signals to the data processing terminals of the users connected to the internet and processed at their terminals, so that they can see there the data for example displayed as image data on the screen.

This data transmission between the website server and the electrotechnical data processing terminals of the users of this website only can be successful, when the website server receives and processes data that identifies the route to the destination port of the electrotechnical data processing terminal of the user and from this port on to the electrotechnical data processing terminal itself of the user comparable to the postal address of a person. In reverse also the electrotechnical data processing terminals of the users only can communicate with the website server as source of the website data, if its port to the internet and the website server itself is identified as destination device by an electrical signal as well.

To identify the port of the user to the internet for example by her or his internet service provider her or his port is assigned a certain electrotechnical code, so called IP-address. This IP-Address is an electrical signal which does not contain and transmit any information about the person of the user of this website, but only identifies her or his port to the internet or her or his electrotechnical data processing terminal. This identifier is the technical prerequisite for that the user of this website can notice it at all by the display of her or his electrotechnical data processing terminal and happens on an basical electrotechnical level of data processing that Michael Feldmann cannot foil, because he only can provide this website under the given conditions of electrotechnical processing, let us say electrotechnical working. In so far this processing is not a collection and processing of personal data by Michael Feldmann, but an electrotechnical prerequisite of electrotechnical data transmission at all.
