Because for protection against crime as for example (attempted) criminal damage wmo Section 303 of GCC (attempted) data tampering wmo Section 303a GCC and (attempted) computer sabotage wmo 303b GCC and for protection against by that caused personal injury and material damage, it is necessary, that the processor certain data which is connected to the user it refers to transmitted between website server and the electrotechnical data processing terminals of the users is collected, processed and accumulated in a filing system wmo Article 4 no. 6 GDPR which is protected against notice and access by unauthorized third parties:

• Date and time of the data request
• Operating system and programm for representation of electrotech-nical information services provided in internet, so called browser
• URL, that means the electrotechnical mark of the used electrotechnical information service, in this case the website of Michael Feldmann
• IP-Address (already explained in this category) of the port to the internet that belongs to the user
• URL of the website of origin from which the users reached the website of Michael Feldmann, if they reached the website of Michael Feldmann by a link on another website
• Quantity of transmitted data of the website of Michael Feldmann
• Status of calling the website of Michael Feldmann

Because the controller has no access to the data named above and collected by the processor and cannot notice it, in order to avoid personal and economical risks the controller himself compiles statistics on the calls of data of his website from the browsers and the computers of the users of his website with a programm run on the server of his website. For this it is necessary to collect the IP-Addresses of the computers of the users of his website to be just able to differ the single computer and so the data calls from each other at all. As under the heading "IP-Address" explained the controller with the IP-Addresses is not able to identify the users.
