The collected IP-Addresses will be deleted after the evaluation of the statistics, if it is not necessary to save them longer for evidence, and protected against notice and access by unauthorized third parties.

Because the given reasons for this collection, processing and accumulation of this personal data pursuant to Section 36 FDPA icw sentence 2 of Article 21 (1) GDPR are "compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject", the data subject is not allowed to object to this justified collection, processing, and accumulation of her or his personal data, as long as it is not sure that the ground for this is unnecessary. This collection and processing of personal data is also lawful pursuant to point (f) of sentence 1 of Article 6 (1) GDPR, because "is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party", namely for the protection against damage. As long as legal claims which are connected to this for example in the case of (attempted) criminal damage wmo Section 303 GCC, (attempted) data tampering wmo Section 303a GCC and (attempted) computer sabotage wmo 303b GCC are asserted, exercised or defended, that data subject pursuant to point (e) of Article 5 (1) GDPR icw point (e) of Article 17 (3) GDPR is not allowed, to obtain the erasion of the personal data concerning her or him. The personal data has not to be erased after a few days, if for example a crime like (attempted) criminal damage, (attempted) data tampering or (attempted) computer sabotage committed on the website server or on the electrotechnical data processing terminal from abroad because of the complicated technical procedure of the criminals and the complicated technical investigations of the investigations agencies just can be detected later on and only by analysing the personal data of the users of the electrotechnical information service collected, processed and accumulated by the processor. Michael Feldmann has no access to this personal data collected, processed and accumulated by the processor. The processor erases this personal data as soon as it is sure that the ground for collecting, processing and accumulating declared above is unnecessary.
